Our Story

A Wisconsin Dells Tradition Since the 1960s

Pizza Villa has been part of the Wisconsin Dells community since the late 1960s, when the Mattei family first opened their doors. It quickly became one of those places people just knew—where locals gathered after work, tourists stumbled upon and came back to year after year, and families shared good food and better memories.

In 2021, Nick and Jackie Morse reopened Pizza Villa with a lot of love and a deep sense of purpose. For Nick, it was personal. This was his family’s restaurant and bringing it back wasn’t just about making pizza. It was about honoring the past, celebrating tradition, and creating something meaningful for the future.

At Pizza Villa, we use the same family recipes that have been passed down through generations, with fresh ingredients and no shortcuts. It's comfort food the way it was meant to be—simple, flavorful, and made with care.

But Pizza Villa has always been about more than just what’s on the plate. It’s about the people who walk through the door. Whether you're a lifelong Dells resident or just visiting for the weekend, we hope you feel at home here. Come in, grab a slice, and be part of the story.
